Integrative Prognostic Model of Inflammatory Markers for Predicting Outcomes in Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure Patients Undergoing Artificial Liver Support Therapy

This study aims to investigate the relationship between inflammatory markers and ACLF of varying etiologies by systematically comparing the 90-day prognostic predictive performance of several inflammatory indices, including the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR), and systemic inflammation response index (SIRI). The analysis will be conducted in both viral and non-viral ACLF subgroups. The goal is to enhance etiology-directed individualized progn models and establish a theoretical foundation for targeted anti-inflammatory therapies tailored to specific patient subulations.
