The goal of the study was the analysis of transcriptomic data of skin of patients with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). Affected and non-lesional skin was obtained from patients with PG as well as from patients with chronic venous ulcers (CVU) and healthy donors as control. Skin was separated in epidermis and dermis before RNA isolation and RNA seq. Results were analyzed using Gene Set Enrichment Analysis and Cytoscape.
