Pseudomonas aeruginosa phage ZJK6 was isolated from the Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The purpose of sequencing it is to understand whether there are specific genes encoding lysozyme, perforin and other genes in the genome of phage ZJK6. In addition, we also wanted to understand whether this phage co-evolved with P. aeruginosa through gene sequencing analysis.
