Three-dimensional biofilm growth supports a mutualism involving matrix and nutrient sharing - related scripts and data

This dataset contains the supporting scripts and data used to analyze co-culture fluorescent colony images in high-throughput. It contains some example images that can be used in the scripts. It also contains the script used to plot and determine the maximum growth rates of growth curves of some of the mutants and the script used to stitch overlapping microscope images.
