资源简介:
This study aimed to investigate the molecular mechanism by which CLEC3B inhibits cholangiocarcinoma progression. We performed RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) on human cholangiocarcinoma QBC939 cells that were stably overexpressing CLEC3B, compared with control cells. The goal was to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways regulated by CLEC3B. Bioinformatic analysis revealed that the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway was significantly downregulated upon CLEC3B overexpression, suggesting it as a key mechanism for CLEC3B's tumor-suppressive function. The data provided here are the raw sequencing reads supporting the findings published in the related article.Related Publication: Wu S, Wang G, Xie Y, et al.
