Data for "Direct Measurement of Electron Heating in Electron-Only Reconnection in a Laboratory Mini-Magnetosphere"

This dataset contains the raw HDF5 files and mapping manifests used to quantify electron heating during electron-only magnetic reconnection in a laboratory mini-magnetosphere. In the associated manuscript, we measure spatially and temporally resolved electron velocity distributions and temperatures using non-collective Thomson scattering while a laser-driven plasma flow impacts a dipole magnetic field. The dataset links each experimental run to the plotted points in the figures so that results can be reproduced or reanalyzed. The OSIRIS PIC simulation input file is also provided so it can be reproduced.
