PTEN-CaP2 mouse prostate cancer cells were grafted under the kidney capsule of immunocompromised mice. After three weeks, mice were treated with 100 mg/kg pegvisomant (provided by Pfizer) or PBS vehicle 3X weekly for three weeks. Grafts were harvested three days after final treatment, flash frozen, and total RNA was extracted for sequencing. Overall design: 6 samples.
