Development Plan Rahlstedt 60 1st Amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Rahlstedt 60 of 2 March 1970 (HmbGVBl. 96), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 502), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Regulation amending the
Law on the development plan Rahlstedt 60"
Law added.
2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added:
"3. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
