We employed Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to analyze the acetylated proteins in the striatum of rats exposed to subchronic Mn poisoning. Additionally, we utilized bioinformatics to examine these proteins' key characteristics and biological functions.
