Table shows consensus sequence of NahR binding site form P. putida plasmid NAH7 as reported by Schell et al., 1989. The sequences used in Figure S4, shown the homologous cis-acting NahR regulated elements of nahAa and nahG genes (nah and sal operons, respectively) in case of P. putida CSV86 and P. stutzeri CCUG 29243 genomes.
