This dataset shows the estimated number of distinct mobile devices that travelled via motorway between Geneva and St.Gallen during a particular time period for a week at the end of January/beginning of February 2018. The time period is from 29 January 2018 to 4 February 2018. The timespan is 10 minutes. The route is divided into 1,000 m street segments, and each segment is identified by the coordinates of the start and end point. If fewer than 20 mobile phones were counted for a combination of timespan and street segment, the value is listed as ‘<20’ for data protection reasons.
