资源简介:
Provided here are the output from the several simulations used in Ribalet et al. (in prep). Each file is for a different experiment/time period. Each file includes 10 year mean: surface (0-10m) carbon biomass (mg C/m3) for the phytoplankton: Prochlorococcus, Synecococcus, pico-eukaryotes , and all other eukaryotes. depth integrated carbon biomass ( mg C/m2 respectively) for the phytoplankton: Prochlorococcus, Synecococcus, pico-eukaryotes , and all other eukaryotes. depth integrated biosynthesis (mg C/m2/year) for all phytoplankton, Proclorococcus, Synecococcus, pico-eukartyoes, and all other eukaryotes. sea surface temperature, nitrate flux through 50m There are two types of simulations - one where Prochlorococcus growth increases exponential with temperature following a Q10-type parameterization, the other where Prochlorococcus growth decreases above 28oC as suggested by in situ data. There are two time periods: control is run with 1860 conditions and a 10 year average provided here, and the perturbed system for 2090-2100 under high emission scenario. Reference: Ribalet, F. S.
