Energy Consumption Dataset for Adaptive Street Lighting Simulations using CupCarbon simulator

This dataset contains simulation results collected for the analysis and comparison of adaptive street lighting and conventional continuous public lighting systems using the CupCarbon simulation environment. The simulations were conducted to evaluate the energy consumption and potential energy savings achieved through adaptive lighting control strategies under different operational conditions. The dataset includes multiple simulation scenarios organized according to the speed of moving objects within the monitored area. For each scenario, energy consumption metrics were recorded and analyzed to assess the impact of object speed and lighting-control parameters on overall system efficiency. The data support research on energy-efficient public lighting, wireless sensor networks, smart-city and smart-village lighting systems. The provided files can be used for result verification, comparative analyses, and further studies related to adaptive and intelligent lighting applications.
