VESTA Evidence Infrastructure: Preprint Cascade Packets and Derived Observatory Records (v0.1)

VESTA Evidence Infrastructure v0.1 is a release-safe artifact packet for a case study on AI-governance citation drift and evidence infrastructure. It accompanies three venue-shaped preprint/cascade manuscripts: Journal of Responsible Technology, Ethics and Information Technology, and Technology in Society. The packet contains manuscript sources and PDFs, route notes, highlights where applicable, Athena sentence checks, Argus reports, Kalliope reports, Themis/Eunomia/Mnemosyne reports, a Claude review-loop report, checksums, source-freshness records, a public reference ledger, a derived citation-drift fixture, and VESTA observatory-derived receipts, dashboard records, and package manifests for the 2026-05-22 to 2026-05-26 observation window. Boundary. Raw WARC payloads, third-party HTML snapshots, and bundle archives containing third-party page bodies are not redistributed in this deposit. They require separate source-rights, redistribution, redaction, and venue-policy review. The deposited records support inspection of dates, manifests, hashes, checks, and caveats; they do not make VESTA an official archive, legal record, trust service, compliance monitor, source-truth oracle, or complete account of AI governance sources. Submission discipline. The three manuscript variants are a cascade packet, not concurrent journal submissions. Only one route should be live in peer review at a time.
