Temperature, respiratory and weight changes following intranasal L. plantarum administration in PPR vaccinated red sokoto goats

The rectal temperature, respiratory rates and weights of PPR-vaccinated red sokoto goats were measured following intranasal administration of L. plantarum. Temperature and respiratory rates were obtained daily while weight changes were observed weekly. the weekly average of recorded temperature and respiratory rates for each group was calculated and is presented in this data set. the hematological parameters were analysed from blood samples collected weekly. An average per week should be calculated based on the groups presented. Data should be subjected to statistical analysis to derive the mean and standard deviation. ANOVA can be used to compare differences between the groups.
