Machine learning classifier codes.

Folder with the codes for the machine learning classifiers used in our analysis. One file (‘MLP-SLR.ipynb’) contains the necessary code for the multi-layer perceptron (MLP) and sparse logistic regression (SLR) classifiers. The other file (‘CNN.ipynb’) contains the code for the 3-dimensional convolutional neural network (3D-CNN). Testing and training data can be found in S2 Dataset. (ZIP)
