Mechanism of the straw returning mediated microbial interaction network in improving soil multifunctionality

Straw returning is an important agricultural measure to improve soil health; however, its driving mechanism in the shaping and multifunctionality of crop rhizosphere microbial communities in black soil areas remains unclear. Therefore, through a 3 year field experiment, combined with high-throughput sequencing, co-occurrence network analysis and multimodel coupling, this study systematically analysed the effects of different straw returning rates (0%, 50% and 100%) on the characteristics and multifunctionality of crop rhizosphere soil microbial communities in typical black soil areas.
