In this study, we aimed to characterize the miRNA profile of the pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 by comparing it with that of human fibroblasts (BJ-5ta). To achieve this, RNA was extracted from exosomes isolated from both cell lines and subjected to sequencing to assess miRNA expression levels.
