Catharanthus roseus transcriptome under ultraviolet B radiation

This dataset comprises transcriptome data from C. roseus samples exposed to UV-B radiation for 0, 20, 40, and 60 minutes, with control groups treated with white LED light for the same durations, extending to 120 minutes. Present results would help to better elucidate the regulatory mechanisms in C. roseus in response to UV-B radiation, which could be useful for engineering of high-TIA-yielding system.
