Biogeochemical dataset of dissolved and particulate nutrients, phytoplankton pigments, and flow cytometry community structure from rivers, lagoon, and offshore waters of New Caledonia.

This file contains environmental and biological datasets collected in riverine, lagoon, and offshore waters influenced by contrasting lithological and hydrological settings in New Caledonia. The dataset was generated to investigate nutrient dynamics, trace metal distributions, and phytoplankton community structure across the land-ocean continuum. This dataset was collected between April-May 2025.
