资源简介:
Data in the file RepOD_Temperature_vs_Competition.xlsx present the results of the study were round gobies Neogobius melanostomus were exposed to two type of stressors: abiotic – elevated temperature (+10°C) and biotic – competition (introduction of another individual of the same species). Each time we used the same experimental arena, equipped with single shelter (half PVC pipe). The experiment tested the response of round goby to acute stress in three different time-treatments: 1 hr (E1); 6 hr (E6); and 12 hr (E12). Parameters measured: · GSH (level of reduced gluthatione)· TAC (total antioxidant capacity)· CAT (level of catalase activity)· LPO (lipid peroxidation)Results for each parameter for both experiments are also available in separate files named: GSH_temperature; GSH_competition; TAC_temperature; TAC_competition; CAT_temperature; CAT_competition; LPO_temperature; LPO_competition;
