Understanding how climate change reorganizes forest ecosystems has often treated functional shifts and structural connectivity as separate processes. However, this compartmentalized view limits our ability to predict landscape-level outcomes, especially in fragmented urban forests where these dynamics critically intersect. To bridge this gap, we integrate functional diversity metrics with spatial network analysis, using the LANDIS-II model to simulate forest aboveground biomass dynamics in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2100 under multiple climate scenarios. Here, we only provide the data that might be used during operation.
