AlphaEarth Foundations Embeddings Enhance Annual Tidal Flat Mapping in Complex Urbanized Estuaries

This package contains the Google Earth Engine scripts and output products used for annual tidal-flat mapping in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area from 2019 to 2024. The uploaded code files include: 1-S2_collection.txt, which is used for multi-source data collection and feature construction; 2-S2_resample.txt, which is used for sample point construction and resampling; and 3-S2_Tidal_extent.txt, which performs tidal-flat classification and ablation experiments by integrating Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, topographic variables, and AlphaEarth Foundations (AEF) embeddings. The compressed file AEF_TF_product.rar contains the resulting annual tidal-flat dataset for 2019–2024. These files support the reproducibility of the tidal-flat mapping workflow, accuracy assessment, and analysis of the contribution of AEF features to tidal-flat classification.
