资源简介:
This work assessed the impact of bioaugmentation with a bacterialconsortium and the level of contamination on the bacterial communityin a soil naturally contaminated with the fungicide thiabendazole (afungicide used in fruit-packaging plants). The impact of these twofactors was determined via amplicon sequencing of the V4 region ofthe 16S rRNA gene. The bacterial community was strongly influenced bythe level of thiabendazole in soil with the transect contaminated with12000 mg/kg of the fungicide showing a drastically lower a-diversitydriven by the dominance of Ã- and ?-proteobacteria at the expense ofall other bacterial phyla, especially Actinobacteria. On the otherhand bioaugmentation did not affect the composition of the bacterialcommunity. The consortium was able to effectively remediate up to 400µg/g of Thiabendazole in the contaminated field site.
