ER-phagy flux in U2OS cells expressing FAM134s WT or phospho-mutants and ER-phagy reporter ssRFP-GFP-KDEL, represented by the RFP/GFP ratio of total integrated intensities in basal (DMSO) or induced (Torin1) conditions.
