This dataset conducts data research on basic breeding conditions, breeding technologies, and breeding varieties of various lobster production areas and lobster farmers in Xiangshan, aiming to evaluate and predict the breeding output of all registered lobster farmers in Xiangshan County. It is designed to provide timely technical support to farmers with output alarms, ensure the quality and yield of the produced lobsters, and issue early warnings to farmers with quality-related issues to guarantee the overall quality of the harvested lobsters. 1. Data Collection: The Xiangshan County Data Service Center collects relevant equipment information records, quality inspection reports, and inspection reports from relevant departments of the breeding farms. These collected data will be stored for subsequent calculation purposes. 2. Data Modeling: Clean the dataset, including removing abnormal data and handling missing values. 3. Algorithm Rules: Obtain the lobster variety appearance evaluation result J1 and taste and flavor evaluation result J2 based on the quality inspection reports; obtain the number of illegal drug use incidents within one month, denoted as Wxn, based on the inspection reports from relevant departments; derive the water quality pH compliance status Z, where 0 indicates compliance and 1 indicates non-compliance; derive the water temperature compliance status suitable for lobster breeding G, where 0 indicates compliance and 1 indicates non-compliance; derive the occurrence of weather disasters affecting breeding D, where 1 indicates occurrence and 0 indicates non-occurrence; obtain the lobster growth period T based on the breeding cycle; derive whether breeding structure adjustment has been conducted, denoted as J3, where 1 indicates yes and 0 indicates no. Calculate using the collected data via the weighted average method: Q = (J1 + J2) * (1 - 0.1*Wxn - 0.2*Z - 0.3*G). Analyze and predict the quality based on the score: High-quality: 80 ≤ Q ≤ 100; Medium-quality: 60 ≤ Q < 80; Low-quality: Q < 60.
