Anonymized Survey Dataset and Supporting Materials for User Change Readiness in ERP Implementation

This record provides anonymized survey data and supporting materials for a study on user change readiness in Enterprise Resource Planning implementation. The study examines perceived need for change, change communication, management support, user participation, and training/learning support as antecedents of user change readiness from Lewin’s unfreezing perspective. The deposited materials include an anonymized dataset, codebook, questionnaire instrument, and supporting PLS-SEM result files. Direct identifiers and potentially identifying organizational metadata have been removed before deposit.
