Data and code for: Gate-length-dependent flicker-noise advantage of Ge/Si core–shell gate-all-around p-channel transistors: a spatially resolved Hooge analysis

Input decks for all 135 Silvaco Atlas 5.28.1.R simulations, plus the Python post-processing scripts and the simulator output those scripts read. The six ON-state structure files used for the spatial noise integral are included. We also include the 13 analysis CSVs and 16 figure-data CSVs behind every figure and table in the article and its supplementary information. Running the two analysis scripts regenerates all of them byte-for-byte, without Silvaco. See README.md for reproduction steps.
