Cytokine imprint of blood stimulated with CTHs.

(A) Human heparinized blood was stimulated with CTHs (60 μg/ml) or PBS. After a 12-hour incubation time, samples were centrifuged and the resulting plasma was analyzed using a multi-cytokine membrane array. Mean pixel densities were quantified by an image software and respective cytokine identity is represented as a bar graph. Boxes in different colors and shapes mark cytokines that were found up-regulated (n = 1). (B) Mean pixel densities of cytokine signals were quantified by image software and represented as a bar graph.
