Whole lungs were extracted from Golden Hamsters infected with SARS-COV-2 or mock for 5 days with or without neutralizing antibodies to the IL-10 receptor, and total RNA was isolated using TRIzol (Invitrogen). Approximately 200 ng total RNA was used to generate Single-end cDNA libraries (TruSeq stranded mRNA Library Prep (Illumina) ) and sequenced Single-End using Novaseq6000 in 100 base single reads, all samples have around 120M reads.
