PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film photoelectric conversion device which consists of a nanofiber self-supporting film such as a CNF film having a small thickness and a flat surface and is made of using the nanofiber self-supporting film, has transparency, is lightweight and flexible, and has high designability. SOLUTION: A nanofiber self-supporting film of the invention is configured to contain a fibrous polysaccharide, has a film thickness of less than 10 μm, and has a surface roughness of 40 nm or less on the main surface. This nanofiber self-supporting film has, for example, a film thickness of 0.1 μm or more and 5 μm or less, and a surface roughness of at least one main surface of 7 nm or less. The thin film photosensor 1 is manufactured by sequentially manufacturing an ITO transparent conductive film 3a, an N-type ZnO semiconductor film 3b, and an ITO transparent conductive film 3c required for photoelectric conversion on the surface of a transparent nanofiber self-standing film 2 by using a sputtering apparatus, and mounting electrodes 4a and 4b thereon.
