Genome-wide genetic correlation between ADHD and childhood BMI: computational analysis archive
收藏资源简介:
This repository provides the computational reproducibility archive for the study “Genome-wide genetic correlation between ADHD and childhood BMI: cross-trait gene and developmental brain analyses.” The archive contains analysis scripts, derived statistical results, figure source data, main and supplementary figures, manuscript files, environment specifications, and quality-assurance reports. The analyses include linkage disequilibrium score regression, MAGMA gene analysis, cross-trait partial-conjunction testing, empirical gene-rank overlap analysis, exploratory colocalisation, and developmental brain single-cell gene-property analysis. Large source GWAS datasets, transcriptomic objects, linkage-disequilibrium reference panels, and external software executables are not redistributed because of file-size or source-access restrictions. Their accession numbers, source publications, expected filenames, and reproduction requirements are documented in the archive. The results support broad polygenic overlap between attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and childhood body mass index. They do not establish a specific shared gene, shared causal variant, developmental brain mechanism, or pharmacological target.
