This study used high-throughput sequencing to assess the diversity, abundance and composition of rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungi from the rhizosphere in continuous soybean (Glycine max Merr.) (CS), continuous maize (Zea mays L.) (CM), annually rotated soybean-maize-soybean (RS), and maize-soybean-maize (RM).
