Immune-related genes were upregulated in the metastatic PDC line (EnC-C) established from endometrial cancer specimen. Overall design: Endometrial cancer PDCs (EnC-C) were established by spheroid culture. The EnC-C PDCs generated metastatic liver and lung tumors in immunodeficient mice. To examine the metastasis-associated gene expression, secondary PDCs were prepared from the liver and lung metastases. Total RNAs were extracted from these cells and then used for Affymetrix microarrays analysis.
