The processed data from the SD-WACCM-X simulation for "Validation of the Equivalent Wind Analysis Using Ionospheric Height Differences"

This dataset is used to produce figures for the paper "Validation of the Equivalent Wind Analysis Using Ionospheric Height Differences", submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics. The file hmf2 contains the hmF2 height. The file vmag contains the magnetic field aligned wind and vertical ion drift. Both datasets are the monthly mean (01: January, 03: March) in the geomagnetic coordinate at each hour.
