Data and code for potential-habitat modelling of Momordica cochinchinensis in China

This dataset supports the manuscript "Potential habitat of Momordica cochinchinensis in China and its response to future climate change: a controlled comparison of bioclimatic and monthly climate predictors". It contains 148 curated occurrence records, stage-specific exclusion decisions, MaxEnt model settings, nested five-fold spatial-validation results, a 300 km background-extent sensitivity analysis, future CMIP6 projection summaries, derived GeoTIFFs, and analysis scripts. Third-party raw data, including WorldClim and SoilGrids rasters, official map topology, specimen images, and the MaxEnt JAR, are not redistributed. Their sources, versions, licences, and access information are documented in the archive metadata.
