The impact of spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor on Fc gamma receptor IIb deficient macrophages.

The goal is to assess the impact of spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor on Fc gamma receptor IIb (FcgRIIb) deficient macrophages from C57BL/6 mice, which is one type of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) murine model. The FcgRIIb deficient macrophages were treated by a combination of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and whole glucan particle (WGP), which are derived from gram-negative bacteria and fungi, respectively, in the conditions with or without SYK inhibitor.
