Lewis rats were subjected to corneal transplantation and then received a local injection of bone marrow-derived MSCs immediately after the operation and at day 3 post-operation. Injection of PBS served as controls. Ten days after transplantation, allografts were dissected for RNA extraction and Sequencing.
