Data for Participatory action research to detect pathogenic Leptospira in water bodies of neighborhoods vulnerable to floods in Santa Fe, Argentina

This dataset is from a study conducted in marginalised neighbourhoods in Santa Fe, Argentina, which aimed to detect the presence of pathogenic Leptospira. This pioneering study, which involved citizens, provided valuable insights into the environmental health of these neighborhoods and the importance of various citizens' contributions to the prevention of zoonotic and environmental diseases.
