Source Code, Exact Hyperparameter Configurations, and Biophysical Evaluation Datasets for EvoPlay-MuZero

This repository contains the complete replication record and dataset supporting the computational findings of the paper "EvoPlay-MuZero Hybrid Framework Incorporating a Dual-Peptide Bridging Strategy for Adjunctive Therapy in Alzheimer's Disease". The uploaded compressed archive integrates the five required material records: (1) The source code of EvoPlay-MuZero (Version 1.0.0) alongside exact runtime configuration files and Anaconda/Docker software environment setups; (2) All evaluated candidate peptide sequences accompanied by raw per-seed optimization scores; (3) All AlphaFold3 predicted structural PDB coordinates along with their raw pLDDT and interface confidence outputs; (4) Tidy CSV spreadsheets containing the figure-level raw data for both benchmark experiments and multi-objective ablation studies (Figures 4, 5, and 6); (5) The complete GROMACS molecular dynamics (MD) and gmx_MMPBSA input parameter topology files, output raw trajectories, and proprietary analysis scripts.
