A Multi-Archive Network Synthesis of ¹²⁹I Transport Across the Pacific Ocean and Northern Hemisphere Atmosphere: Quantifying North Equatorial Current Bifurcation and Climate-Driven Variability

This deposit contains the data and analysis code for a multi-archive network synthesis of iodine-129 (¹²⁹I) transport across the Pacific Ocean and Northern Hemisphere atmosphere. Fourteen previously published ¹²⁹I archives (ten marine coral and sediment records and four atmospheric records) are analysed using Dynamic Time Warping lag analysis, directed transport-network graph construction, Ward-linkage hierarchical clustering, Non-negative Matrix Factorisation, and Spearman + Random Forest climate-coupling analysis, together with published coral and atmospheric transport models. The analysis recovers quantitative transport topology, source apportionment, climate sensitivity, and North Equatorial Current bifurcation dynamics without new sample collection. Includes the Jupyter notebook (I129_Notebook_v4_4.ipynb), all seven input data files, a README, and pinned dependencies (requirements.txt).
