Background data of Fogang granite weathering profile

The dataset is the background data for the Fogang granite weathering profile and contains the major elements, trace elements, and mineralogical compositions of the Fogang granite weathering profile. The dataset also includes data from other granite weathering profiles and basalt weathering profiles in southern China. In the dataset, we show the Mg fluxes, Ca fluxes, and CO2 consumption for granite weathering and basalt weathering.
