Additional information: This clubhouse stood at 533 South Main Street. The Silver Republicans moved there in September 1897 from their former location at 318 West 2nd Street. The club disbanded and the Optic Theater was built at this address in 1911 along the street frontage. The house remained intact behind it, but was eventually demolished. The Optic Theater, too, was demolished in the 1980s. As of today (March 2015), the site is a parking lot.
