Killifish transcriptomic aging atlas

This dataset includes gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq for 13 organs (bone, brain, retina/retinal pigment epithelium, fat, gut, ovaries/testes, heart, head kidney, liver, muscle, skin, spinal cord, spleen) across 6 time points throughout the lifespan of male and female killifish.
