Derivatives from spiking data of neuronal cultures during repeated-stimulation experiment v2 Part 2

This is Part 2 of version 2 of a supplementary material of "Bridging integrated information theory and the free-energy principle in living neuronal networks". Each of zip files contains information about one experiment. Since the combined size of all the files exceeds 50 GB, I have split them into two parts and posted them accordingly (Part1: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19901678). SourceData.xlsx contains source data for every visualization. All of them were derived from spiking activities of neuronal cultures on HD-MEAs, which are available the DANDI Archive https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/001611/draft.
