De-identified dataset and code for: Admission NT-proBNP vs AHEAD score for 1-year mortality in acute heart failure
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record provides the privacy-reviewed de-identified dataset, data dictionary, and analysis/figure code supporting the PLOS ONE resubmission of manuscript PONE-D-26-08333, “Admission NT-proBNP provides stronger prognostic discrimination than the AHEAD score for 1-year mortality in hospitalized acute heart failure: a retrospective cohort study.” This version contains the final analytic cohort of 430 patients hospitalized with acute heart failure, with 84 one-year deaths and 346 patients alive or administratively censored at 12 months. To protect participant privacy, exact ages, exact calendar dates, contact information, location data, and hospital identifiers are not publicly shared. The public dataset retains only a random sequential study identifier, the AHEAD age component (age >=70 years), and relative follow-up/censoring times. The package includes the de-identified dataset, data dictionary, Python analysis code, and Python figure code used to reproduce the main analyses, Kaplan-Meier figures with numbers at risk, and the apparent calibration plot.
