Technician and Task instances for a Dynamic Technician Routing and Scheduling problem

This data contains 11 real-life instances from the Danish Telecommunication company TDC-NET, each with a task CSV file and a technician CSV file. The files for each instance can be identified by the year and the instance number. The data was made anonymous but in a way that retained the approximate distances between tasks and technicians. The task files each contain information on the task for a whole week and have the attributes: id, priority, skills, duration, start_tw, end_tw, created, relevant_technician_ids, latitude and longitude. The tasks are only represented once.The technician files contain information about the technicians for a week. Each technician is represented once daily as their working hours can change. The attributes for the technician data are: id, master_id, skills, start_tw, end_tw, home_latitude and home_longitude. <br><br>
