Experimental designRadiotherapy for gastric cancer is rarely applied, and the related mechanism is not clear. This study explored the mechanism of gastric cancer/gastric tissue radiotherapy injury response by comparing the differences in transcript levels between a single 18Gy irradiation, three 6Gy irradiations each and the control group. Identify the targets for enhancing the effect of radiotherapy/reducing radiotherapy damage.Sample processingIn the SingleRadiation group, GES-1 cells were irradiated with X-ray 18Gy for a single time, and RNA was collected 3 days later. In the Fraction group, GES-1 cells were irradiated with X-ray 6Gy for three consecutive days, 6Gy once a day, for a total of 18Gy, and RNA was collected after another 2 days. The Control group was the control group without treatment. All cells were treated with mycoplasma preventive reagent and tested negative by mycoplasma kit.
