This dataset contains raw experimental data associated with the study of nanofibrous yarns and nanofibrous layers prepared by alternating current (AC) electrospinning from polycaprolactone (PCL). The dataset includes microscopy images, quantitative image analysis outputs, and numerical data used for statistical analysis and figure generation in the manuscript. This study was supported by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, grant no. NW24-08-00133.
