Transcriptomic data simulating different stages of the ecodormancy process in Pinus tabuliformis

A separate dormancy simulation experiment was conducted at the same facility using Pinus tabuliformis seeds from Pingquan City, Hebei Province as follows: 1. Post-germination, 2000 uniformly growing seedlings were transplanted into 6 cm pots, with 2-4 seedlings per pot; 2. Seedlings were grown in a greenhouse under the same conditions as described earlier for three months; 3. To induce dormancy, 1800 seedlings were transferred to an SD-W climate chamber for 8 weeks to promote bud-set formation; 4. After bud-set rates exceeded 90%, treatment was continued for an additional 9 weeks in the SD-W environment. Sampling was conducted at five time points: week 0, 1, 3, 7 and 9 of phase 4.Each sampling included three biological replicates of shoot apices for transcriptome sequencing (minimum 200 mg per biological replicate), with each replicate consisting of pooled apical shoot samples from 10-30 seedlings.
